Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos showing the damaged item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.

Please understand that we cannot accept claims made after the 14-day window or for items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
